What is the average buying price for Ordinary Portland Cement in Dubai? Not the official (USD 92.5) but real?
On May 11, 2008 Dubai government set ceiling for cement price in Dubai at USD 92.5. However due to high demand on the market, price buyers actually pay is much higher. My question pertains to 10,000 MT ++ purchases.
